Hello!

My name is Miya, and I’m an incoming Master’s student at UCMG. My program is two years long, so I’m hoping to find a comfortable and stable home for the duration of my studies.

I was wondering if your apartment is still available. I have arrived on August 27th, and I’m hoping to have accommodation arranged around that time.

I’m a clean, organized, and respectful tenant, and I would take great care of the space.

I also have a cat who would be moving with me. He is six years old, very friendly, well-behaved, and clean. He can be a little vocal at times, but I’m very mindful of noise and would do my best to ensure he remains respectful of the neighbours.

I would be very interested in the apartment and would be happy to provide any additional information, references, or documents you may need. I’d also be happy to arrange a viewing at your convenience.
